Overview

Located in Patriot’s corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, the 24×7 Customer Operations Department is responsible for handling both internal and external rail customer inquiries effectively providing continual service improvements. Patriot Rail Customer Operations supports 13 railroads.

We professionally and effectively respond to all inquiries received via phone, email, or fax. We perform fact-based research to provide various internal departments with accurate data to make an informed decision. We assist internal & external customers in problem solving, research, proper billing, car ordering, report generation and any other assistance needed.  We also provide support to all asset utilization and data analytics to drive budget goals and make data-driven decisions impacting the bottom line.
